The Heart of The Zen Garden
Wishing to create a restaurant with an authentic Chinese food, it has been well thought-out a menu which includes specific recipes from all four regions of China: Guangdong, Siquan, Zhejiang and the north region. All of this regions brought new elements in the Chinese kitchen and every region is different from another by its specialty.
The kitchen from Zhejiang confers a big attention to the quality of ingredients, to the preparation’s techniques, design and the taste of food. Guangdong propose recipes based on see food, fish and chicken; the menu from Siquan is composed by spicy food based on fish and pork, by the time the menu from the north region, known as North See, offers a vast selection of pastry, from which are remarked the popular Spring packages. Even though the North See is well known in Romania, we consider that the treasure of culinary Chinese art has much more to offer, and that’s why we have created a very rich menu and we dare to say complete.
